Plenary lectures<\/span><\/h3>\n

Please prepare for a speaking time of max. 20 minutes plus time for discussion with<\/span>\u00a0the audience. <\/span><\/p>\n

Conference languages are German and English (simulta\u00adneous translation German\/English). Please give your paper in one of the two languages.<\/p>\n

You may use presentation software like PowerPoint or similar products. Please use data formats PowerPoint or .pdf.<\/p>\n

Our simultaneous interpreters ask you to submit your (preliminary) presen\u00adtation in advance for their preparation before 16 March 2026<\/strong><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>to Gudrun Dorninger <kongress@ibo.at> (as pdf). <\/span><\/p>\n

Your contribution for the conference proceedings<\/h3>\n

You may submit a paper covering the topic of your presentation to be included in the <\/span>electronically published\u00a0<\/b><\/span>conference volume which will be available for download shortly before the<\/span> conference to all participants. Printed copies will be available on request at a price of EUR 25. <\/span><\/p>\n

Please prepare your paper in English or German with an ab\u00adstract. There is no<\/em> template. An ideal paper for the proceedings has 14,000 to 17,000 characters including blanks<\/b>, corresponding to 4 pages in print.<\/p>\n

Please send<\/p>\n

  1. Your contribution in one of the usual data formats<\/strong> .doc, .docx, .odt or .rtf.<\/li>\n
  2. Please send illustrations and photographs separately<\/strong> \u00a0(= not embedded in the text!) with captions in printable quality (300\u00a0dpi).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Please submit your contribution before 24 February 2026<\/strong>.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n
