(flexibility, resilience, disassembly capacity, social matters)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Flexible floor plans \u2013 Usage neutrality <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Facade systems for refurbishment with integrated building engineering <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Constructions that can be dismantled <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Greenery \u2013 at the building, on the building, within free spaces <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">User needs: Untrammeled corners!
